Refund & Returns Policy

AcceleratorWP provides a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made through acceleratorwp.com and for-wordpress.org. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request reimbursement within this timeframe without justification.

To initiate a refund, email [email protected] with:

• Your order number or Paddle Transaction ID.
• The email address associated with the purchase.

The actual refund is issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Funds typically appear in your account within a few business days, depending on your financial institution and payment method. We commit to handling refund requests promptly — most are processed the same business day.

The 30-day guarantee applies to the most recent charge on your subscription — that includes both the initial purchase and any subsequent yearly renewal.

• Upon approval, the license is deactivated immediately on our licensing server. The plugin reverts to its complimentary tier; premium capabilities become unavailable on the next heartbeat.
• Future auto-renewal is cancelled; you will not be charged again. There is nothing extra to do.
• If you refund a renewal charge but want to keep the previous paid period running, contact us within the same email thread — we can keep the previous period's license valid through its original end date and refund only the renewal.
• The deactivation is final at the moment the refund is issued; do not rely on the plugin's premium features for the period after the refund email is sent.

Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK retain statutory withdrawal protections outlined in Paddle's Buyer Terms (referenced in Section 5 of our Terms of Service). The 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition to our voluntary 30-day guarantee — whichever is more favourable to you.
