Before you ask — quick checklist

Plugin behaving oddly
- Pull a Diagnostics snapshot. wp-admin → AcceleratorWP → Diagnostics → "Copy snapshot." Paste the output.
- Check the kill switch. If a rule was wedged, dropping the kill-switch file disables AcceleratorWP entirely without touching the database. Pasted into many tickets, instantly cleared most of them.
- PHP and WP versions. 6.5+ / 8.1+ — the plugin refuses to boot below these and won't say much else.
Per-page rules don't fire
- Did the rule clear the 15-minute shadow window? Telemetry holds new rules in observe-only mode for at least 15 min by default.
- Is the URL in the scope filter? Frontend / REST / admin-ajax matter — a rule that's frontend-only does nothing on REST.
- Plugin / theme update hit recently? Wizard re-runs sometimes drop low-confidence rules; the diff is in the activity log.
Cache plugin says "conflict"
We compose with cache plugins; we do not replace them. If a cache plugin reports a conflict, it's almost always a cache-key issue, not an AcceleratorWP one. Post the cache plugin name and version, plus what URL the conflict shows up on.
Still stuck after these? Open a thread with the snapshot pasted in. Reply window is short — it's faster to see the specifics than to ask for them.
